What will I learn?

Cardiac arrest strikes without warning.

Seconds matter.

But with the right training, You become the difference.

In this nationally accredited CPR course, you won’t just learn what to do — you’ll walk away with a clear, step-by-step action plan you can follow when it matters most.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Recognise and assess a cardiac emergency fast

  • Call for help with the right information

  • Deliver effective CPR that meets Australian Resuscitation Council guidelines

  • Use an AED (automated external defibrillator)

  • Handle real-life complications like vomiting or regurgitation

  • Rotate safely with other first aiders to maintain compressions

We also cover what happens after the emergency:

  • How to hand over to emergency services with clarity and confidence

  • How to reflect on the incident and spot signs of psychological stress (in yourself and others)

  • What to do to improve your own response time and skills after an incident.

This isn’t just theory.

It’s practical, confidence-building training that prepares you to act — not freeze — in a moment of crisis.
